As a Lash and Brow Stylist you will provide exceptional lash and brow services to our valued guest, creating stunning and flawless results.

Responsibilities:

​

• Apply individual lash extensions using various techniques to achieve desired looks.

• Offer expert brow shaping and grooming services, including waxing, threading, tinting, and shaping.

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' preferences and facial features, providing personalized recommendations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.

• Provide aftercare instructions and recommend appropriate products for at-home maintenance.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in lash extensions and brow shaping to deliver outstanding results.

Requirements:

​

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of PA.

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.

• Professional and friendly demeanor, maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits:

• Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Weekends as needed

• Average pay range: $30k to $45k per year, plus performance based bonuses and gratuity from guests.​
